My name is Cyndy Stewart, and I am the Team lead of the Cyndy Stewart Team.  I have been an active real estate agent in the Austin market for the past 3 years.

I am excited to give you an official introduction the Cyndy Stewart Team, of Keller Williams Realty: Round Rock.  My husband, Tim and I, work closely as a team in the business.  We both have different strengths, and we build on those strengths, working together, to give the best service possible!  I am the lead salesperson in the business, while Tim spends most of the time behind the scenes building the infrastructure that is necessary to efficiently run the business.  At the same time, we are both at-home parents to our 5-year-old daughter Skylie.  We are very grateful to be able to have our own business while raising our daughter.

            As you may have figured out, we are traditional Realtors, in the sense that We are a full service real estate company assisting buyers and sellers of real estate.  Though we are traditional Realtors we are not your typical Realtors.  You see, we are dedicated to living by our core values.  Our belief system is an essential part of who we are and how we conduct our business.

In addition to representing buyers and sellers, we also serve other real estate needs that are present in the marketplace.  We realize that almost every person has a real estate need of some sort.  Our job is to serve and assist people the best way that we can, in order to help them with each unique situation.  Every situation is different; we understand that.  This is why we are committed to treating everybody fairly!  We are loyal, honest, and fair, and work well with folks who share the same philosophy.

The other services that are offered by the Cyndy Stewart Team include:

1.      New-Home locating:  If you are interested in new construction, we will assist you in finding the right neighborhood and/or lot for you.  Just like a normal buyer, this service is free for you!

2.      Apartment locating:  If you are looking for the right apartment, we can help you with this as well, with no charge to you.

3.      Leases:  If you own a property that you would like to lease out, or if you would like to lease a house as a tenant, we can help you list, or find a property using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). 

4.      Real Estate Investing:  As our knowledge of real estate investing increases, we are always available to discuss investment options that may be suitable for you.  Whether you are a student, seasoned, or master investor, we are always open to consult, discuss, or learn about investing.  We charge nothing for real estate investing consultation.

Before real estate, we were in the securities business in which we helped families invest in non-real estate vehicles.  This means that we have many years experience helping people assess risk based on suitability and objectives.

5.      Real Estate Career:  If you or somebody you know have ever been interested in pursuing a real estate career, we would be more than happy to help you get started on that path.  If it weren't for the company of Keller Williams, I would probably not be in the Real Estate business.  I was a seeking an opportunity  for a business with a culture that puts people first, and that had unlimited growth potential.  I found that at Keller Williams!

When I found Keller Williams, and learned about their models, and systems, I decided to get my real estate license and began a new career.  This business is not for everybody, but it is definitely for anybody who has inner drive and determination.  As an added benefit, many Keller Williams offices, including Round Rock, allow Realtors to begin part-time, which helps offset the risk of starting a new business.
